Tokyo Disneyland – Gallery

by on Dec.24, 2013, under Disneyland

While most of our “not snowbaording” time in Japan was spent seeing temples & castles and other cultural pursuits, it wasn’t all about that. We couldn’t go to Tokyo without visiting Disneyland! We’ll have another post up in a couple of days with Lisa’s account of our time spent in the Magic Kingdom, but in the mean time here’s a bunch of photos to enjoy. Some highlights are presented here, and there’s a big, full gallery of treats to enjoy by clicking through the collection below. Hope you like ‘em!

The main approach to DisneySea, one of the many rides, messing about in Toon Town and the anticipation builds in the queue for Monsters Inc.

The attention to detail, both big and small, was incredible

The rain and grey skies couldn’t stop the bright, cheerful colours and characters from shining

The Mad Hatter does his thing while we enjoy ourselves around the park

More rides and messing around in Toon Town. And the mouse that made it all possible.

Enjoying the sunshine while it last, a Fairy Castle for a Princess, and cooling down, Disney style

Feigned indifference on the throne, and some palace details.
